The Platforms team at easyJet holidays is the backbone of our technology infrastructure, supporting everything from our website to customer communication and data analytics. As we work toward our ambitious Destination 2027 strategy, we’re looking for a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to help us continue to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platforms to drive our success.

In this role, youll be the bridge between technology and the business, working closely with various teams to ensure our IT services align with company goals. You’ll build strong relationships, manage performance targets, and drive continuous improvements. You’ll also be the escalation point to help our internal customers maximise the value of our IT services, and when challenges arise, you’ll step in, ensuring transparent communication and quick resolution.

Youll also be managing our internal live support teams and coordinating with key suppliers to ensure they meet operational needs, which will include reviewing service strategies and supplier performance.

What you’ll bring to the team:

We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager. You’ll need to have a clear grasp of our company’s ambitions and be skilled at translating between tech and business languages so everyone stays on the same page.

You’ll be somebody who builds trust with internal teams and external partners, and a champion for our customers, making sure their needs shape our IT services. You’ll be a skilled problem solver and experienced with service quality techniques, particularly ITIL, so you can assess and improve our service standards.

You’ll be proactive about maintaining and enhancing supplier relationships, thrive working cross-functionally, and a motivational leader to build a high-performance culture within the team.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
