Role Overview:
As our Web Operations Senior Executive, you will guide a small team of Web Ops Executives to continuously enhance and optimize the AirAsia Move website. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—from product managers and UX designers to spaneting and analytics teams—to translate business needs into scalable web solutions. Your technical know-how and strategic vision will guide the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring that our site delivers top-notch performance and can rapidly adapt to the evolving needs of a high-growth digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Execution:
Guide a dedicated team of Web Ops professionals, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and driving execution excellence.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Engage with product owners, designers, spaneting, and other stakeholders to define web requirements, translate business objectives, and deliver impactful solutions on time and on budget.
Communicate effectively and proactively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on priorities and progress.
Technical Strategy & Deployment:
Spearhead the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and technologies to streamline web operations, enhance reliability, and boost efficiency.
Manage and optimize web pages at scale, ensuring rapid load times, responsive designs, and top-tier performance for a global user base.
Requirements:
Technical & Tool Expertise:
Proven experience with HTML, JavaScript, and JSON, and can confidently troubleshoot issues or guide the team through complex technical challenges.
With strong skills in Google Analytics and other analytics tools, you turn data into insights, steering informed decisions and continuous optimization.
Language & Communication:
Leadership, Collaboration & Teamwork:
You bring at least 4 years of experience in a DevOps, WebOps, or digital operations environment, executing and guiding teams toward ambitious targets and delivering exceptional results.
You’re adept at working in cross-functional teams, embracing diverse perspectives, and finding creative solutions to tough problems.
You have the soft skills to support your technical capabilities.
