Position: Rostering Planning Supervisor; Crew Resources
Department: NMC
Direct Reporting: Manager, Rostering and Advance Crewing
Indirect Reporting: N/A
Business Objectives
Supervise regional team operating 5 days per week, office hours
Ensure on-going optimal use of the roster automation, activities and resources
Ensure of compliant crew rosters and on time publication to crew members
Crew coverage to meet the commercial requirements of the airline
Adequate and even distribution of the resources to ensure uniform balancing
Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategizing to address prior to publication
Conform to preferences and practices set by individual AOC’s within the Group with provision of a publication pack demonstrating achieved levels of conformity
Ensure transparent management of crew resource and rosters
Primary Accountabilities
Work within a team responsible for the crew schedule production across the Group of AOC’s
Ensure schedules which match lifestyle requirements with individual AOC preference, pattern and compliance standards
Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response across the business
Ensure fair distribution of all flying and non-flying activities across all active and available crew members
Ensure adequate distribution of reserve duties against commercial and operational requirements
Take a proactive approach ensuring the optimum use of the crew resources through efficient roster planning.
About You
More than 5 Years experience in Crew Resources
AIMS or Aviation Crew Resources Systems experience is an added advantage
Posses good proficiency in verbal and written English
Capable of working in a team environment and flexible in handling ad hoc requirements
Basis knowledge of google workspace is an added advantage
Able to work on shift if required
