Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Management Specialist to join the International Government Services, Middle East & Africa organization for the Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift Sustainment Program Office located in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will lead various projects/programs and proposal activities of Apache, AH6 Littlebird and/or Chinook.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads, coordinates, analyzes, and maintains integrated requirements and schedules for epic, complex projects/proposals and change driven activities utilizing project management skills
- Manages the cost, schedule and technical aspects of Foreign Military Sale (FMS) program with a diverse cross functional team
- Communicates with internal multi-discipline departments and various business units across Enterprise to identify issues, solve problems and deliver results
- Leads communication with internal and external stakeholders, including US & International Senior Management, US Army officials/agencies and Middle East Partners
- Interfaces regularly with international suppliers and Boeing Saudi Arabia teammates
- Identify and mitigate project risks; and drive innovative growth opportunities that meet Customer needs
- Facilitates ordering, supply chain, logistics, and transportation of Performance Based Logistics (PBL) materials and services to Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift operators
- Lead Integrated Logistics, Fleet Modernization, and/or Engineering Studies proposal activity to achieve or exceed Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) goals
- Skills and ability to collect, organize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from multitude of sources and stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in proposal development and requirements planning
- 5+ years’ experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources
- 3+ years’ experience with Integrated Logistics Services and Products
- Able and willing to travel up to 10 of the time domestically and internationally
- Ability to obtain a visitor Visa
- Strong communication skills, works well with others, and self-motivated problem solver
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with international teammates
- Experience with any of the following aircraft platforms: Apache, AH6 Littlebird, Chinook
- Experience as a Capture Team Lead and/or Proposal Manager

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
