Program Support Specialist – Drive Success in Aerospace Programs!

Support Cutting-Edge Aerospace Programs!PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Program Support Specialist to join our Mission Systems Value Stream Support team. In this role, you will play a key part in the pursuit, order capture, and execution of aerospace programs, ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across multiple departments.
What You’ll Do:- Assist with risk management, financial reporting, and contract support
- Manage customer interactions, subcontract coordination, and program execution tasks
- Support cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance
- Oversee and manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)
- Provide project oversight, ensuring deadlines and program objectives are met
- Analyze complex challenges, ensuring program continuity and operational success
What You Bring:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years without a degree)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP (Sales Order execution, hardware delivery tracking, shipping)
- Background in customer support, order tracking, and demand planning
- Knowledge of risk management and aerospace program coordination
- Familiarity with Aerospace Management System, data analysis, and sales forecasting

Pay Details: $67.12 per hour
