Job Description:

Tasks

As the Process and Performance Manager Broker Management, you will perform the following duties: 

  • Oversee all processes related to outside brokerage services within AMERICAS
  • Work to improve processes and drive efficiency whether handled locally or on the corporate level
  • Work with process management persons or departments within the company regarding cross-functional subjects
  • Provide support to operations especially regarding interfaces between transportation and broker processes
  • Liaison with relevant IT departments
  • Business ownership of IT applications to decide on requirements for necessary developments aimed at ensuring high-quality compatibility of data
  • Describe customs regulations and ensure mapping in the internal process documentation tool (ProX), including linking with the relevant logistics processes

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications: 

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Masters degree desirable
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German language desirable
  • Basic knowledge of Aviation Logistics, Transportation, Import/Export, Supply Chain
  • ProX Academy, Process Management, Performance Management, Power BI, Tableau
  • MS Excel, MS Visio, Qualitative and Quantitative Analytics, Word & PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI
