Description:You will be the Second Shift Multi‑Functional Manufacturing Supervisor for the Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services (SOF GLSS) team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services to U.S. Special Operations Command.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Second Shift Multi‑Functional Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production operations across multiple manufacturing functions while ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and continuous‑improvement objectives are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

Direct a team of production‑operations employees, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution.
Oversee multiple functional areas—including modification, integration, assembly, inspection, repair, and test—to keep the line running smoothly.
Drive build plans and implement changes that improve quality, schedule adherence, and cost performance.
Promote and maintain a safe work environment, addressing unsafe conditions promptly.
Proactively identify and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and technical competence.

This position is in Crestview, FL.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in aircraft structural manufacturing, maintenance, modification, repair, an/or depot/overhaul operations.
• Must be able to independently lead a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Must have experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, test procedures, and technical specifications.
• Experience utilizing earned value metrics to drive manufacturing performance.
• Experience with requirements and compliance to AS9100 and DCMA 8210 standards.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• SAP ERP and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• 5+ years C-130 structural manufacturing, maintenance, modification, and/or depot/overhaul experience.
• Experience in a union environment, working with Labor Relations and HR teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to support employee development and engagement.
• Demonstrates Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors.
• Ability to work any shift as required, including weekend rotations and overtime.
• Ability to build effective relationships with employees, peers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience leading a team and tracking performance to quality, schedule, and cost.
• Possesses functional understanding of LSS and Continuous Improvement Operations.
• Possesses compliance-based mindset.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
