About the role:
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote catering services, maintaining client relationships and supporting revenue growth. Also, responsible for strategizing, conceptualization, planning, supervision and overseeing the execution of all spaneting and corporate communication activities of QACC.
Promote and coordinate spaneting activities in order to deliver consistent targeted spaneting program to support the business growth and enhance brand equity and awareness. Lead and manage the spaneting team and ensure that the team deliver the plans and targets to span QACC presence in global spanet according to corporate objectives.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Develops a roadmap to drive QACC’s brand awareness as well as segmented (and personalized) content and offering propositions, through coordination with Management, across online and offline touch points, for B2B and B2C.
- Develop a calendar of spaneting events plan and innovative campaigns, localized look and feel, segmented, across all touch points for specific target segments for a timely implementation of such activities within the required time frame.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables with regards to spaneting promotional projects. Identify new systems and avenues to facilitate and promote the business on both the local and global stages.
- Ensure in-depth understanding of QACC’s overall strategic business and development plan to formulate.
- Conduct spanet research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Develop preferential content to target the customers by identifying, through strategic data analysis, the opportunities, segments, destinations and nationalities.
- Develop QACC spaneting products that can be appropriately used in targeted spaneting activations or events.
- Investigate, review and report the success and gaps of all promotional activities for future improvements.
- Facilitate brand and business development through 360-degree spaneting/sales related programs and activations that exceed creative excellence in every execution.
- Oversee and manage all spaneting project activations, promotions, digital activations, PR activities and ensure brand and corporate guidelines are followed and all required approvals are received for activations/promotions.
- Identify key industry events/exhibitions that will elevate brand recognition and enlarge customer/audience base for QACC by attending to the various extent.
- Coordinate digital spaneting campaigns with the Social Media team, including email spaneting, website content and other cyber channels.
- Lead and coach the spaneting team to ensure comprehensive, results-driven campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Work with culinary and operations teams to align spaneting efforts with product offerings and special events.

Qualifications
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree with No prior experience or Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 03 years of job-related experience will be an advantage.
Job Specific Skills:
- Overall Marketing fundamentals including Brand awareness techniques
- Digital spaneting techniques and advanced Mar-tech knowledge.
- Expertise in all digital tracking and monitoring aspects as well as reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative spaneting campaigns.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a diverse audience.
- Possess a blend of spaneting expertise, customer relationship management, and in-depth understanding of and hands-on experience from the airline/in-flight catering and foodservice industries from spaneting, branding, proposition, promotion and campaigning perspectives
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Ability to train and develop subordinates’ skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Knowledge of Airline related metrics and business requirements.
