Synopsis

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and focused revenue management leaders to contribute to the evolution of Etihads Alliances Strategy.
- Optimize enabled revenue and overall partnership value of codeshare partners portfolio worth over $100M, working closely with external airline partners and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the development of strategic joint business partnerships and the implementation of new and/or expanded codeshare partnerships.
- Manage codeshare schedule development & publication, and contractual development of codeshare partners on an ongoing basis.
Accountabilities
- Optimize enabled revenue of codeshare partners portfolio by performing the structured process prescribed by the Alliances playbook, to maximize connectivity and sell-ability of codeshares.
- Lead the development of strategic joint business partnerships and the implementation of new and/or expanded codeshare partnerships – tasks including but not limited to project & stakeholder management, business case analysis, project planning & timeline, codeshare contractual, internal communications, and joint announcements.
- Fully manage the day-to-day communication and engagement with codeshare partners to optimize enabled revenue and to expand commercial values.
- Fully manage the internal relationships with Etihad key stakeholders including but not limited to: Alliances Systems, SPA, Legal, Aeropolitical & Industry Affairs, Revenue Management, Network & Scheduling, Loyalty, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Ground Services.
- Track and maintain analytics on enabled revenue performance, ensure proper communication is distributed to the business and management on a regular basis.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand partnership values in other business areas including but not limited to loyalty, marketing, cargo, operations, customer experience, procurement.
- Contribute to the weekly codeshare schedule publication cycle to ensure schedule synchronicity, connectivity, coverage, and distribution is maintained at optimal levels throughout the week.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 or more years of aviation experience in areas of Alliances, Network, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, or similar commercial roles within an airline.
- 5 or more years of airline alliances experience, with active involvement in the development & management of airline joint business or joint ventures.
- Advanced understanding of Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with codeshare enabled sales, project management, and relationship management preferred.
