Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Driving process implementation and optimization, integrating automation and new tools
- Defining and standardizing process requirements with key stakeholders
- Aligning with strategic sales pillars and supporting sales strategy rollout
- Acting as the primary contact for Tiger-related matters, providing expert support
- Monitoring service delivery and implementing improvements with stakeholders
- Leading and developing the Tiger Competence Center team, ensuring staffing and training
- Assessing team performance and implementing development measures
- Ensuring transparent communication between HQ, spanets, and internal teams
- Building strong relationships with LHG partners on Tiger-related activities
- Optimizing resources to meet performance objectives and fostering a high-performance team
Requirements
The ideal Manager Tiger Competence Center should meet the following requirements:
- Holds a university degree (Bachelor’s)
- Brings at least 3 years of experience in Sales or related commercial fields
- Is fluent in English; German is a plus
- Is proficient in MS Office
- Has strong knowledge of LH tools (TIGER experience preferred)
- Possesses industry knowledge and a deep understanding of LH’s structure, products, and processes
- Demonstrates strong leadership in multicultural, cross-functional settings
- Excels in coordination, planning, and organization with a strategic mindset
- Has proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to explain complex topics effectively
- Is confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure while fostering collaboration and conflict resolution
- Shows decisiveness, persuasiveness, and a drive for excellence
