Position: Maintenance Supervisor - Kansas City, MO

Job Description & Requirements:
The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily operations in assigned functional area. Ensures that maintenance tasks and functions are carried out in compliance with the applicable requirements of the air carrier maintenance program and their inspection procedures manual. Provides training and development for mechanics.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, interviewing and training; development of technical and leadership skills; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five (5) years recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years aircraft maintenance leadership experience preferred.
- Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
