Tasks
- You will be part of the project consulting business and support in-house project consulting, monitoring and evaluation of project results
- You support the development of project control and project portfolio management processes
- You support the anchoring of agile project management methods in the hybrid corporate environment
- You contribute to the development of an agile project management community
- You support the development of the project management training concept, creation of training documents and organization of trainings
- You support the anchoring of the OKR methodology
- You will be responsible for the organization and execution of drafting, alignment and review meetings of the OKR cycle
- You take an active role in achieving quarterly team OKRs

Requirements
In order to complete an internship in the department of Lufthansa Cargo, you should have completed at least four semesters of your studies at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- You are studying business administration or a comparable field of study
- You have some experience in project work and project management
- You have a good understanding of numbers and analytical skills
- You have very good oral and written formulation skills in both German and English
- You show commitment and find it easy to work independently
- Very good MS-Office skills complete your profile
