Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector is looking for an Integration Project Manager to work on-site to support the Marine Systems business unit in Sunnyvale, CA.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integration Project Manager to lead and manage all aspects of integration between MPU Production with both internal and external customers. The Integration Project Manager will help establish/enforce new reporting methods to help align the programs with executive leadership expectations. This role will require excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple dynamic production portfolios. As this is primarily a production program leadership position, the candidate must reside in the work location area and be able to work from the Sunnyvale Campus 5 days per week.
You will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between program management and planning, project team, and line management. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Project Management experience, OR Masters degree OR High School Diploma/ equivalent (GED) and at least 6 years of relevant job experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks across multiple product lines
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Vizio.
- Must be familiar with audit support and able to provide comprehensive explanations of processes an ensuring compliance to standards.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.
- US citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Project.
- Active Top-Secret clearance.
- Previous Project Management and Logistics experience.
Salary Range: $72,100 - $108,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current spanet conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
