ABOUT THE ROLE
HCH Aviation is seeking an experienced and credentialed Director of Maintenance to lead all maintenance operations at our Nacogdoches Municipal Airport (KOCH) and Angelina County Airport (KLFK) facilities. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of a well-maintained, new Tecnam training fleet while managing a team of maintenance professionals, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining full regulatory compliance. The right candidate brings both deep technical expertise and the leadership presence to set and uphold high standards across the department.
