Drive business growth across all target segments via acquisition and retention initiatives that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media, go-to-spanet strategy, and budget planning - Main focus on Movetix, Duty Free, partially on partnerships and platform campaign support.
React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimize in between campaign activities.
Analyse reporting and data across spaneting campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
Work with key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, PR, events, partnerships, etc.
Proficiency in planning and executing Integrated Offline and Online channels.
Able to use consumer insights and human psychology to come up with and develop creative spaneting tactics.
Proven ability to orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous spaneting channels.
Results and performance driven, preferring data to drive your everyday decisions.
Possess a hands-on mentality and an analytical and structured way of working.
Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization to scale quickly.
Self-motivated with a focus to exceed set goals.
Comfortable adapting to new technologies.
