Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Assist in developing and implementing the group spaneting strategy to enhance brand visibility and inflight revenue across Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia.
Collaborate with regional spaneting teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of spaneting strategies across all spanets.
Support the planning and execution of quarterly menu launches and other key spaneting campaigns.
Provide guidance to regional teams in the execution of localized spaneting plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
Monitor spanet trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Reporting & Analysis
Manage the reporting and analysis of spaneting campaigns, performance metrics, and ROI, offering actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve spaneting outcomes by leveraging data and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of spaneting or brand management experience, with 1-2 years in a regional role, preferably in F&B, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods sectors.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset.
Proven ability to develop and execute spaneting strategies that boost brand awareness and sales.
Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, resourceful self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills.
