- Minimum of two (2) years of welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding preferred.
- Aluminum welding experience preferred.
- Ability to fabricate from drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
