KIT Heli Ops is looking for experienced, professional UH-60 mechanics to join our team. The position would be in the hangar through the winter months assisting with Phase maintenance, and also in the field during the summer fire season. We are looking for a Lead Mechanic, who has previous field experience supporting firefighting operations.
Schedule is 12 on and 12 off/year round. Travel, hotel, and perdiem are paid by the company.

- Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft, components and systems.
- Apply technical knowledge of airframe and power plant systems in determining equipment malfunctions.
- Properly document all inspection findings and work performed/corrective action in the appropriate maintenance records to meet established standards.
- Maintain work areas and tools in a clean and organized manner, and practice proper tool control.
- Must know how to properly hook up and safely tow aircraft support trailer.
