Schedule: Monday to Friday 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 Months)
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
What You’ll Do- Assemble, disassemble, rework, and test various aircraft components and systems.
- Conduct engineering development and qualification tests.
- Perform functional testing following pre-established procedures.
- Monitor tests, record data, and maintain test equipment.
- Analyze test results to verify compliance with engineering specifications.
- Operate hand tools, electronic/manual test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices.
- Load and unload electronic equipment in test beds.
- Utilize SAP and follow detailed work instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ACE).
- Support audits, safety programs, and waste minimization efforts.
- Interface with other functional teams to resolve business-related challenges.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:- Experience with test stands, vibratory tables, and thermal chambers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electronic components.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and test procedures.
- Familiarity with SAP and other computer-based tools.
- Understanding of safety and quality systems in an aerospace environment.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience in electrical assembly testing.
- Knowledge of thermal and vibration testing procedures.
- Experience training others in technical tasks.
