Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to work on CRJ 700s and Embraer 145s. The role involves heavy maintenance (C and D checks) and interior modifications on CRJ 700 aircraft, converting them from 70 seats to 50 seats by decreasing economy class and expanding first and business class. You will also perform MRO on CRJ 900s.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700 and CRJ 900 aircraft.
- Conduct interior modifications on CRJ 700 to reconfigure seating arrangements.
- Work on Embraer 145 aircraft for various maintenance and repair tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings using a tablet.
- Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with Part 121 regulations.
Essential Skills- 2+ years of experience as a Structures Mechanic, preferably in MRO.
- Proficiency with heavy maintenance (C and D checks) on CRJ 700 and CRJ 900 aircraft.
- Experience with Embraer 145.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings on a tablet.
- Knowledge of Part 121 regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with assembly work at companies like LMI, Spirit Aerosystems, etc.
- Preferred candidates will have Part 121 and/or MRO experience.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate-controlled hangar or line maintenance as needed. Flexibility to work any day or shift is required. We offer voluntary and unlimited overtime (with consideration to safety and quality) and work schedules of either 4x10s or 3x12s. All blueprints and drawings are available on tablets, and mechanics are expected to read the prints and operate the tablets efficiently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
