Job Title: Structures Mechanic - HelicoptersJob Description- The Structures Mechanic is responsible for heavy maintenance and build-up/refurbishment of heavy-lift commercial operations helicopters (S64).
- Utilizing blueprints, you will perform repairs by riveting, countersinking, bending, and cutting sheet metal, and installing structural components.
- Mechanics will be assigned to tasks based on their abilities: those with more fabrication skills will fabricate, and installers will install.

- Perform tasks based on individual abilities, such as fabrication or installation
Essential Skills- Experience with structures, sheet metal, and aircraft
- Ability to perform structural repairs on helicopters
- Proficiency in aviation mechanics and technician tasks
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and sheet metal repair
- Ability to rivet and install aircraft sheet metal components
- Comfortable performing a structures test on or before the first day
- Possess basic hand tools
- Ability to drill, cut, bend, and countersink aircraft sheet metal
- 5+ years of experience preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A&P certification preferred but not required
- Open to candidates with lower experience levels

Work Environment- Work in aircraft hangar and shop areas located in Medford, OR, and Central Point, OR, which are just 10 minutes apart.
- The facilities include both civilian and military shop hangars.

- The day shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4 PM, and Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $52.00/hr.
