Job Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Quality Inspector at a bustling aircraft manufacturing facility. Your primary role will involve conducting first article inspections, using measuring tools to ensure precision, cross-referencing blueprints, and completing necessary documentation. You will receive comprehensive training to understand processes from the clients perspective, focusing heavily on non-conformance reporting and quality processes.
Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of completed aircraft components.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
- Cross-reference blueprints to ensure component accuracy.
- Complete first article inspection forms and reports.
- Engage in non-conformance reporting and quality process work.
Essential Skills- 5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing inspection.
- Proficiency in first article inspection and quality control.
- Strong English comprehension and reporting skills.
- Experience with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read blueprints and conduct visual inspections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Familiarity with Net-Inspect software.
- Background in aviation.
- Blueprint reading skills.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in Northeast Calgary, a short distance from a major hospital. The facility offers flexible shift options, including day shifts from Monday to Friday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) and afternoon shifts from Monday to Thursday (2:00 PM - 12:30 AM), with potential additional hours on Fridays. Weekend shifts are also available.
