Maintenance Technician- 3rd Shift

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production/Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical and mechanical maintenance on machines, collaborate with engineers to improve product and process performance, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical and mechanical tests on prototype and production circuit boards, units, and systems to determine performance to specifications and identify malfunctions or failures
• Perform maintenance on all electrical and mechanical equipment used in the production process
• Perform general maintenance duties (including electrical) throughout the facility to keep production processes operational
• Collaborate with engineers to correct design and test methods to improve product and process performance
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
• Ensure general clean-up of the work area

Third shift on a 5/40 work schedule

Pay information:

Full-Time Hourly rate Range: $34.36
$1.00 ph shift differential

This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

H.S. Diploma or GED
Willing to train on troubleshooting equipment
Mechanical and Electrical maintenance
Communication: Effective communication with team members, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and work environments.
Ability to obtain Secret clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. ASME, electronic certifications, )
Active Security Clearance - Secret
