Job Description
We are looking for a skilled A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance and repairs on all aircraft systems in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will adhere to FAA and manufacturer’s specifications, comply with Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and FAA regulations, and be capable of performing all maintenance functions unsupervised at any time. Maintaining a clean and neat work area and assisting with other housekeeping duties is also required. The role involves working on Falcon, Hawker, Lear, and Challenger aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all aircraft systems following FAA and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Comply with Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and FAA regulations.
- Conduct maintenance functions independently without supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with housekeeping duties.
- Work on Falcon, Hawker, Lear, and Challenger aircraft.
Essential Skills- A&P license
- 4+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- 1 year of experience in a lead role
- Experience with at least one of the following aircraft: Falcon, Hawker, Lear, Challenger
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with specific aircraft systems and types

Work Environment
The position is for the 1st shift, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with an 8-hour workday and flexibility on hours. There is not a lot of overtime currently. The role involves working in the hangar but also includes time spent outside.
