Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.- Assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies, and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery.
- Performs electronic and mechanical assembly operations such as wire termination, installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, high value torqueing and extensive attention to detail.
- Collaboration with team members and engineering team to produce quality products.
- Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassembly by following work plans.
- Inspects result to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards.

Job Requirements:
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Needs to be able to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawings.
- Experience working with large complex builds.
- Ability to become solder certified
- Effective communication and team work
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Computer literacy
- Experienced in electronic mechanical assembly
- Previous solder experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $45320 - $72490
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
