Job Title: Maintenance Support Technician
Job DescriptionAs a Maintenance Support Technician, you will be working on various Falcon jet models in our service center. You will perform repairs and modifications to aircraft, and assist licensed mechanics in ensuring high-quality maintenance and inspection tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards.
- Utilize applicable technical data relative to work performed, including maintenance and inspection, servicing and lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and de-fueling.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
- Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms in accordance with methods of execution outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives of the work scope.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices by utilizing a 5S system of sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain.
- Focus on Human Factors in the workplace and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
- Observe and administer company rules and regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the corporate mission and vision through the achievement of department goals and objectives.
Essential Skills- Experience working on aircraft, either through military or civilian experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, etc.
- Mechanical inclination.
- Proficiency in sheet metal work, aircraft mechanical and maintenance tasks, aviation maintenance, and repairs.
- Performing repairs and modifications to various Falcon airframes.
- Assembly and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must have tools or the ability to purchase them.

Work Environment
This is a 2nd shift role, with shifts starting at 3:30 PM and ending at 2 AM, working 4 days a week for 10 hours each day. The work environment is in a climate-controlled hangar.
