Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Wichita, KSPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on a variety of aircraft. This role is essential to ensuring aircraft remain safe, reliable, and fully compliant with all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain, repair, and overhaul aircraft with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and powerplants.
- Conduct inspections, functional tests, and evaluations to verify optimal system performance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Accurately document all maintenance actions, repairs, and findings.
Essential Skills & Experience- Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- At least 2 years working on turbine aircraft.
- Strong proficiency in airframe and powerplant maintenance.
- Knowledge of rigging, structural repair, and general aviation maintenance practices.
- Valid driver’s license.
Additional Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Cessna aircraft is preferred but not required.

Work EnvironmentThis position is based in an FBO setting, with most work performed in the hangar and occasional tasks on the flightline. You’ll work directly with customer aircraft, offering a hands‑on, engaging, and rewarding experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
