Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in a massive climate-controlled hangar in Tucson, Arizona. You will be part of an expanding team working on the CRJ line, troubleshooting, installing, removing, and inspecting CRJ aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, remove, and inspect CRJ aircraft components.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on CRJ 200/700/900 airframes.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule (4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off).
• Be open to working any shift and any day.
• Complete 8 hours of overtime every other week.
• Engage in an open-ended contract with 90-day reviews and potential for permanent employment based on attitude and performance.

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience as an Aircraft Technician.
• A License required.
• Experience in MRO / Heavy Maintenance.
• Experience with CRJ airframes is a plus.
• Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections) is a plus.

• Preferred: A&P License.
• Basic set of tools required.

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled environment with 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Our facility is expanding rapidly, providing ample opportunities for growth and development.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
