Role Summary
* In this role, you will facilitate hands-on technical training, on-the-job training, and just-in-time training for assigned sites. You will provide technical guidance and expertise in troubleshooting training issues, perform knowledge skill assessments, coordinate with management to address training-related issues, and deliver aircraft-specific classroom instruction. You will implement new and creative training methods to improve processes, products, tools, and services while supporting a culture of learning within the network training facilities. Education & Job Requirements
* Minimum of 5-8 years corporate aviation work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
* A&P license or Repairman’s Certificate (internal candidates only).
* Bombardier corporate aviation product line experience. Professional Attributes

* Assist with Learning Advisor key tasks as needed. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to work in a maintenance hangar environment.
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching during training sessions.
* May be required to lift or move training equipment and instructional materials.
