• A well-established flight operation and maintenance facility in the Bay Area is seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join its team.
• With a diverse fleet of 63 general aviation aircraft, we specialize in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services.
• We are looking to hire one entry-level and three experienced mechanics to support ongoing maintenance operations.
• The ideal candidate has general aviation (GA) experience, particularly with piston-engine aircraft such as Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Diamond, and Cirrus.
• Candidates with Inspection Authorization (IA) are highly preferred.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on GA aircraft
• Conduct thorough inspections in accordance with FAA regulations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and avionics issues
• Complete accurate and timely maintenance records
• Collaborate with flight operations to ensure aircraft availability

• FAA A&P Certification (required)
• General aviation maintenance experience (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must have basic tools (company provides a monthly tool stipend)

• Inspection Authorization (IA) is highly preferred - for top end pay scale

• The company covers major tools and provides a $100/month tool stipend.
• You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a fleet of 63 aircraft to work on.
• Enjoy flexible start times to accommodate traffic and a performance evaluation with potential for increases.

• Indoor and outdoor hangar.
• The schedule includes two shifts: 8am - 4:30pm or 11:30am - 8pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible shifts to accommodate commute times.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palo Alto, California.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
