Mach Aircraft Maintenance is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our growing general aviation team. We are looking for Full-time or part-time employee and have contract work available. The ideal candidate is  self-motivated, dependable, and committed to performing quality work in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Preferred:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate 
• Minimum 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience 
• Experience working on piston-powered aircraft
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documents
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hangar environment
• Experience with Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Cirrus, and other GA aircraft
• Sheet metal and structural repairs
• Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus but not required

• Perform annual and 100-hour inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical discrepancies
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Repair and replace aircraft systems and components
• Troubleshoot piston engine, airframe, fuel, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Complete maintenance records and logbook entries accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
