SkyBridge Aviation is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic with 6+ years of recent experience working on business jets. This role involves performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and modifications on various corporate and private aircraft. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, and avionics systems, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on business jets to ensure airworthiness and safety
• Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, landing gear, and flight control systems.
• Conduct detailed inspections, including 100-hour, phase, and heavy maintenance checks.
• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose and resolve discrepancies.
• Document maintenance actions in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with engine removals, installations, and overhauls.
• Work closely with avionics, structures, and interiors teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Minimum 6 years of recent hands-on experience working on business jets (e.g., Gulfstream, Bombardier Challenger/Global, Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation, Embraer)
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in airframe, engine, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Must have own set of standard and specialized aircraft maintenance tools.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
