What You Will Do
- Assemble all types of electrical/mechanical assemblies and circuit boards in the construction of units/systems.
- Perform a variety of tasks in the movement, stocking and issuing of orders, parts and assemblies.
- Perform routine data analysis and identify readily evident and/or recurring problems such as defective components, siring errors, alignment, etc.
- Maintain records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Perform chemical handling and recycling functions.
- Works from written procedures and/or oral instructions. Work is usually repetitive and is performed under general supervision.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
- May be required to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds
- This is a 2nd Shift position, based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift.
What You Will Learn
- Crafting intricate, miniature electronics circuitry and assembling radios with precision soldering techniques
- Paid training is provided
Qualifications You Must Have
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Typically requires HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, typically 2 years of relevant experience is required
- Must pass new hire and process training
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
- Must be open to work overtime and weekends as needed
