Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warehouse Inventory Associate who possesses a high sense of ownership and urgency. The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.
• Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure synchronization between SAP and actual inventories.
• Conduct cycle counting and manage material stock efficiently.
• Ensure material is appropriately issued for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.
• Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and relevant software.
• Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Solid understanding of inventory control and shipping & receiving processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
• Physical dexterity and experience operating relevant equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
