Job Title: CNC Programmer
Pay: $30-40/hour + $200/day per diem
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and implement NC programs for our manufacturing operations. This role involves creating efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to lean principles, and maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Siemens NX, a strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, and the ability to manage schedules and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3, 4, and 5 axis NC programs using Siemens NX based on customer specifications.
- Design and maintain setup and instructional documentation for machine operators.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and support related audits.
- Translate drawings and electronic data into accurate part programs that meet geometry and labor standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create precise part estimates for customer bids.
- Stay updated on technological advancements in metal machining and IT to recommend capital investments.
- Verify data accuracy and complete required fields to facilitate system-generated information.
- Understand and adhere to programming and engineering procedures to prepare for audits.
