Job Title: Parts ClerkJob Description
As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities such as local parts sales, service invoicing, and more. You will assist with local system administrative activities including employee and asset data entry. You will coordinate receiving activities by storing and stocking materials properly and ensuring system accuracy. Additionally, you will ensure inventory accuracy through frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments, complete daily data entries in customer secondary software, and support local and organizational leadership with end-of-month activities such as inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries. You will also assist leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required, coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities, and maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.

Work Environment
The work site is located in a hangar, offering a covered environment with heating available during winter and large fans to keep cool in summer. With 20 mechanics in Boston and more positions opening due to new business with JetBlue, the site is dynamic and growing. Each shift consists of 7 mechanics, and there is an off-site location for larger projects such as full vehicle overhauls, maintaining the same work environment as the hangar site.
