Essential Responsibilities:
- Complies with Safety requirements, completes training per schedule, participates in investigations and read-across as requested, promptly identifies safety issues, works with team to pursues solutions, and escalates issues to proper site leadership.
- Participates in assessments, read across and PFMEAs to identify and understand sources of defects. Promptly identifies and escalates risks to leadership and works with team on solutions. Complies with policy and procedure.
- Participates in LEAN events and applies learnings to daily activity. Applies and improves upon standard work in area of responsibility. Identifies sources of waste and Customer dissatisfaction, escalates to leadership team and works among the team to find solutions.
- Performs standard work
- Answer inquiries from Finance team
- Physically prep assets to ship (direct material, indirect material, tooling, consumables)
- Physically receive shipments (direct material, indirect material, tooling, consumables)
- Order & receive consumables
- Pick parts from inventory
- Track shipments/receipts
- Physically scrap material
- Participate in LEAN events, Kaizan events, etc
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Good at both written & spoken English
- Qualification Certificate Requirements
- CCAR-66 Maintenance Personnel License.(TA)
- Open minded, teamwork, innovative, self-confident, objective, impartial approach, quick perceptive grasp, analytical thinking, critical judgement and overall perspective recognition.
Desired Characteristics:
- Approach work with a “can-do” attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer objectives
- Willing team player attitude, strong communication skills and problem solving ability are a must
- Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology
- LEAP, GE90, CFM, CF6, CF34, and GENX experience
- Line maintenance, engine changes, module removal & installation, or LRU removals and installations
- Engine borescope inspection training, experience and authorization
- Demonstrated aviation maintenance quality, corporate compliance and customer satisfaction skills
