Position Summary:

In this senior role, you will ensure top-tier customer support by managing orders, backorders, repairs, and supplier relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and supplier relationships, ensuring timely order processing and resolution of issues.
- Handle complex customer requests, repairs, loans, rentals, and exchanges.
- Work closely with internal departments to maintain up-to-date information and resolve any issues.
- Analyze and manage critical repair orders, reducing turnaround times while lowering costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 5+ years of experience in customer relations, parts warranty, and repair services.
- Advanced technical knowledge in aircraft material services and support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
