Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Material Handler where you will play a crucial role in managing materials that support our revolutionary systems. This position requires a secret clearance and involves working on-site with no telecommuting.

You will be working on the first shift, 9/80A from 6am to 3:30pm.

This position does require to have active secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Research status of material critical to production schedule and expedite into stock.
• Manage chemicals from start to finish including proper labeling, safety paperwork, document storage, and systematic updates in Excel and Costpoint systems.
• Identify, record, and dispose of expired materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates to ensure adequate supply of consumable materials.
• Interface with supply chain and engineering teams to direct appropriate movement of materials.
• Conduct cost and metrics analysis as needed.
• Create status reports for the material control organization.

Essential Skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel including sorting, filtering, and conducting necessary analysis of inventory.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Clearance.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse environment with a focus on material handling. You will work on the first shift from 6am to 3:30pm, following a 9/80A schedule. The role requires physical activity including lifting and standing for extended periods. Safety protocols must be followed, and personal protective equipment will be provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Winnetka, CA 91306.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
