Responsibilities:
- Maintain hazardous materials in strict accordance with Federal regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain accountability of all materials through disposition, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Perform and record weekly inventory checks and inspections, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage calibration tools and equipment, including the maintenance of calibration records and the timely replacement of tools as needed.
- Record inventory production supply, record quantities accurately, and prepare packages for ordering replacements and spares.
- Manage and update calibrated tools and equipment inventory, ensuring the availability and accuracy of records.
- Manage production supplies, including recording quantities, replacing broken tools, and tracking equipment usage.
Job Requirements:
- ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance
- Three years of experience in material coordination or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of maintaining hazardous materials in accordance with Federal regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Experience performing inventory checks and inspections, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with managing calibration tools and equipment, including replacement procedures.
- Proficiency in recording inventory production supply and preparing orders for replacements and spares.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
