Job Title: Machine Operator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator responsible for operating and ensuring the efficient running of CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with milling and lathe machines, and a strong understanding of machining processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks.
- Ensure CNC machines are running efficiently and effectively.
- Make necessary edits to machine settings as required.
- Utilize hand tools for various machining tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
- Complete required training and adhere to FAA regulated instructions.
Essential Skills- Experience with milling and lathe machines.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong machining skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Ability to read and write English proficiently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Steel toe shoes required.
- Completion of training during the first three days on the job.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art engine LPT blade repair facility that is clean and climate-controlled. The position offers a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, working from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with training provided on a Monday to Thursday shift. Candidates must work 36 hours over the weekend to be paid for 40 hours, with an additional 8 shift differential.
