PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is looking for a Logistics Clerk for one of our top clients in Phoenix, AZ. The Logistics Clerk will coordinate the organizations daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.

Job Type: Full time; Consultant (2 months)
Location: Phoenix AZ 85034
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 6AM - 2:30PM
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Job Description:
Organizes warehousing for goods.
Reviews inventory to ensure that product adjustments are properly applied.
Plans and schedules inbound and outbound shipments to internal or external customers based on needs.
Acts as liaison between customers, freight carriers and shipping department. Ensures on-time delivery of goods to customers, by investigating and resolving detention issues.
Assists is cost control by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting most cost-efficient method of shipment within Department of Defense guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience. Preferred 3-5 years of experience
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Experience on stand up reach forklift
Computer experience / SAP experience / MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Due to government regulations this position is open only to US Citizens
Additional Information:
Opportunity for contract-to-hire based on worker performance, worker attendance and dependability and client business needs
There is a chance for some OT (overtime) as needed and must be approved by supervisor
Start date will be moved up as needed in order for selected candidate to start ASAP once on-boarding is completed/clear and final clearance is obtained
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
