Job Description:

Satair is looking for a Inventory Controller to join our team based in Herndon, VA.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated new team member to be responsible for inventory control and warehouse operations support throughout Satair Americas sites. An inventory controller is responsible for maintaining, reporting, and supporting various inventory tasks of a $300M&43; inventory level.

Your challenges:

• Responsible for calculating and documenting reconciliation activities of inventory receiving and shipping discrepancies. Investigates inventory receipt discrepancies and provides daily support to the resolution of zero and short picks in addition to damaged stock incidents.

• Provides accurate inventory monitoring and reporting KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Organizes the inventory cycle count process in support of the annual inventory financial audit. Supports the warehouse operations team with the cycle count process to ensure audit readiness within the prescribed annual audit schedule

• Supporting warehouse operations and control station when needed

• Support organizing inventory count throughout the year

Your boarding pass:

• Experience managing a team of indirect employees 

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

• SAP experience

• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer management skills at all levels within the organization.

Citizenship:

• Eligible for employment in the USA, either through Citizenship or Green Card Holder status.
