Reporting directly to ownership, the President will lead the transformation of the company under new ownership into a modern, scalable, and growth-oriented company. This role requires a decisive leader who can assess current operations, implement change, and build a high-performing organization aligned with ownership’s vision. The President is accountable for operational performance, compliance, financial results, and cultural evolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Transformation: Execute a clear modernization plan across operations, technology, and customer experience; remove legacy inefficiencies and position the company for growth.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily operations and ensure full FAA Part 135 compliance, maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Leadership & Talent: Evaluate team structure, make personnel decisions, and build a results-driven leadership team.
- Financial Performance: Own P&L, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth through new opportunities.
- Customer & Market: Enhance service quality, strengthen brand position, and maintain key relationships.
