The EAGIL Program is a long-standing Mission Partner to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) / HB Group (HBG), dedicated to supporting the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Weapon System. With a rich history spanning over 30 years, our team has evolved from the CEI program to become the Exploitation and Analysis of Geospatial Intelligence (EAGIL) program, providing critical infrastructure support to the AF DCGS.

Our team of approximately 30 Engineers, headquartered in Littleton, CO, with presence in three locations, is comprised of experts in Systems Engineering, Systems Integration & Test, Hardware & Network Engineering. We pride ourselves on our mission-first ideology, prioritizing the needs of our customer and the warfighter. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our delivery of quality GEOINT and Comms infrastructure and mission application products to the AF DCGS.

What We Do:
At the EAGIL Program, we leverage advanced technologies to ensure successful deliveries and mission continuity. Our expertise in Digital Transformation, Agile methodologies, Model-Based Systems Engineering, and Automation enables us to provide cutting-edge solutions to the AF DCGS. We specialize in System Virtualization and rapid deployment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.

Our support to the AF DCGS includes:
• Critical Infrastructure support: Tier 4 Serena tickets, Discrepancy Reports, maintenance actions, tech refresh, TMAN hardware & software upgrades, cybersecurity patches, and site installations
• Tactical radio systems: providing crew communications to the weapon system and sustaining cross-domain solutions that provide critical information to the ground stations supporting the warfighter
• We work with advanced platforms, including Airborne, and leverage sensors such as Infrared and Hyperspectral to produce intelligence collected by sensors aboard the U-2, Global Hawk, Reaper, and Predator.

Our teams expertise and commitment to excellence enable us to deliver high-quality products and services that enhance the capabilities of the globally networked Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) enterprise. The Work:
As a Project Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within your assigned area of responsibility. This includes:

• Planning and formulating engineering programs
• Reviewing product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications
• Evaluating and approving design changes, specification, and drawing releases
• Coordinating activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems

The ideal candidate for the Project Engineer Sr position is a multifaceted professional with a strong foundation in engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. They should also demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, be adaptable and flexible, and possess a strong sense of professionalism and integrity. Additionally, they should align with the companys values and culture and be able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college with 5 years of experience,3 years of professional experience with a related master’s degree, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Possess excellent customer relationship management skills to include outreach and communications experience
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field
• General knowledge of other related disciplines
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
• Understanding of Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and managing performance metrics. Obtain CAM certification within 6 months of hire.
• Understanding of scheduling and planning to meet contractual milestones and deliverables
Desired Skills:
• Complete Program Lifecycle - Experience on Development and Sustainment programs
• Organized, flexible, have strong interpersonal skills, take initiative, manage multiple tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous proposal or Basis-of-Estimates writing or reviewing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues
• Knowledge and experience with the EAGIL program

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
