As a Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, analyzing technical requirements, and implementing electrical engineering strategies and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with standards
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement

 

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.




MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
