Hiring 4 Quality Engineering Technicians for a Start Up Drone Company in Hayward, CA!
Pay Rate: $35-$42 per hour
Work Hours: 6am-2:30pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or assembly, with hands-on experience in using various tools and systems. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, follow up on tasks, and contribute to our production and engineering processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Follow up on actions from these meetings, such as: Checking issues with camera lenses, Pulling logs and downloading them from the engineer, Putting issues into a spreadsheet.
- Conducting root cause and data analysis.
- Hands-On Tasks :Perform tasks requiring manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Utilize knowledge of volt meters, torque tooling, and low voltage systems.
- Help run trials on the production line.
Top 3 Skill Sets:
- Previous Technician Experience: Proven experience in a technician role, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Comfortable with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using pivot tables, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings or part prints.
- Basic coding knowledge (nice to have).
