Quality Engineer

Job Description:

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

Quality Reviews

• Perform Documents Reviews for the project plans and drawings 
• Review technical papers related to system design, Change Notes, manuals, proposal studies
• Review third party documents to insure the fulfilment of the requirements
• Review Statement of work for sub-projects/ program
• Review of Project Processes/Systems where required to ensure compliance to documented business procedures and therefore comply with ISO 9001 requirements

Quality Audits & Inspections

• Provide independent evaluation of project working practices/performance through project and system audits for the internal domains activities and suppliers or subcontractors.
• Participate in all inspections related to the project checkpoints milestones including Goods Inward Inspections, testing of equipment at supplier sites and site acceptance tests.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction by regular measurement of Customer feedbacks

Quality Analysis & Reporting

• Perform the required support to ensure the implementation of the company business management system processes and guidelines
• Perform the required analysis for project non-conformities and number of defects and the related root cause analysis with the corrective and preventive actions and follow-up for closure
• Reporting the quality findings, metrics values and updating quality dashboard
• Report the regular project quality activities and progress

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience including 3 years as quality engineer
• Bachelor of engineering (Computer, Electronic, Mechanical, or similar)
• Quality Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking
