OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
In this role, you will ensure aircraft safety and compliance by conducting inspections, audits, and testing. Your important tasks are to maintain regulatory standards, improve maintenance processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Coordinate with Airworthiness Authorities on approvals and compliance matters.
Manage licensing, approvals, and record-keeping for Engineering and Maintenance staff in line with Company and CAAT standards.
Review and amend maintenance schedules, ensuring safety, airworthiness, and economic efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop and oversee aircraft maintenance schedules and related documentation.
Identify and monitor training needs for Engineering staff, ensuring compliance and continuity.
Implement audits, inspections, and spot checks to uphold Company and CAAT requirements.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related to the Aviation field.
Experience in aviation maintenance, airworthiness, or quality assurance roles.
Having Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and CAAT requirements.
Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels throughout the organization
Computer skills- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, and Google Products for work

As a Quality Assurance Engineer can progress to Senior QA Engineer, QA Manager, or Safety & Compliance Manager. With experience, they may advance to auditor, aircraft auditor in airline operations as well.
