Job Description:
STS Aviation Services is rapidly expanding and seeking a skilled B1 CAA Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team in Newquay, UK. You will play a key role in our Newquay Hangar, ensuring that maintenance activities are performed to the highest standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of customer aircraft, including both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Certify maintenance within the scope of company approvals.
Lead and supervise aircraft mechanics and support staff, setting high standards for maintenance execution.
Ensure timely and efficient maintenance activities, achieving customer satisfaction through on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability.

Skills and Experience:

Part 66 CAA License, B1.
Previous Base Maintenance experience.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Full UK Driving License is essential.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Type Ratings Preferred:

A320 CFM56/V2500 and/or LEAP1A/PW 1000
B737 NG CFM 56 and/or MAX PW1100
